The 3 most refreshing summer Spritz

1. Rosemary lemon spritzer

You won't believe how harmonious and refreshing this spritzer is when you try it for yourself. A stunning combination of rosemary and citrus fruits that you simply have to try. - The rosemary is not too overpowering, but provides a tart note in the background. simply belissima!

Ingredients:


Instructions:
  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Prosecco over the ice.
  3. Add the lemon-orange-rosemary syrup.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water and, if desired, add a sip of gin.
  5. Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary as desired.
  6. Stir gently and serve immediately.

 

 

 

2. Limoncello Spritz

A stunning Italian aperitif classic with plenty of flavour. If you like it a little more special, you can also add some basil or mint. For me, the perfect drink for a warm summer evening, which can also be at 15:00. la vita è bella

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Limoncello
  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 50 ml bitter lemon
  • 1 slice of lime or lemon
  • 10 dashes of soda water


Instructions:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the limoncello over the ice.
  3. Add the Prosecco.
  4. Top up the glass with bitter lemon.
  5. Squeeze a splash of lime juice (or lemon juice) over the drink and leave the slice in the glass.
  6. Add a splash of soda.
  7. Stir gently and serve immediately.

 

 

 

3. Spritz Sunset

A less bitter way to enjoy a refreshing aperol spritz that is slightly reminiscent of a tequila sunrise thanks to the cranberry juice. Perfect for those who like orange aperitifs but not too bitter. 

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Aperol
  • 30 ml cranberry juice
  • 80 ml Prosecco
  • Juice of 1/4 orange
  • 1 splash of soda
  • Tangerine zest to decorate


Preparation:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Aperol, cranberry juice over the ice.
  3. Add the juice of 1/4 orange.
  4. Stir the mixture gently.
  5. Pour the Prosecco over the mixture.
  6. Add a splash of soda.
  7. Decorate the aperitif with an orange peel.
  8. Stir and serve immediately.
