Hi, I'm Stefie, a passionate chef & the founder of Gourmetbyte. With over a decade of experience, I'm dedicated to simply take your cooking to the next level.

With my broad professional experience from renowned Michelin-starred restaurants as well as simpler cuisines, I founded Gourmetbyte – THE culinary brand, obsessed with providing digital mini-products that bring more time, more pro skills and inspiration to home cooks – for less than a cup of coffee.

Why Gourmetbyte was born? 

I often see my friends struggle in the kitchen – wasting time, lacking culinary knowledge, unsure of how and what to cook, or how to cook much faster and efficiently (while saving money.)

They always turn to me for advice and it’s my greatest pleasure to see their improvements in their daily kitchen routine since then.
