Classic Chocolate mousse recipe:

Ingredients
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 3 whole eggs
- 300 ml cream
Directions
Melt the chocolate: First, melt the milk and dark chocolate together in a bowl over a bain-marie or in the microwave until it is smooth and shiny.
Add the egg yolks: Separate the eggs and add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate, mixing well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff and gently fold into the chocolate-yolk mixture.
Fold in the beaten egg white: Beat the egg white in a large bowl until stiff and gently fold into the chocolate mixture until everything is well mixed and an airy consistency is achieved.
Refrigeration: Pour the mousse into serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
