This recipe for lime coconut hummus is so easy to make and only takes 5-10 minutes.
Personally, I would always make my own hummus and experiment with my spices. Few spreads are so wonderful to prepare and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
-
Zest of 2 limes
-
5 tbsp coconut milk
-
2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
-
1 clove of garlic
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
a pinch of cumin
-
a pinch of paprika powder
-
a pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender or puree everything with a hand mixer for at least 5 minutes to achieve a good binding and the perfect consistency
So simple, that's it! The irresistible simple hummus is ready
